On behalf of founder and president Tom Russell and his family we would like to personally thank Southwest Airlines for their caring, sensitive & thoughtful help during a recent family medical crisis that required us to fly from Columbus, Ohio to Austin, Texas. Our family found Southwest to be by far, head and shoulders above the other airlines that were considered for our air transportation. Not only were they a better value, but their policies truly showed that they value their customers. It was made very clear to us that their consistent quality customer service makes them not only our families future choice of air transportation, but it will also be our recommendation to family, friends, and patients at Heritage Christian Counseling Ministries.
