Heritage Christian Counseling Ministries is an insurance based counseling practice. Our licensed counselors are on most insurance panels. The average insurance picks up fifty percent of our hundred dollar fee with  co - pays ranging in the neighborhood of thirty to fifty dollars per office visit. Co - pays however are adjusted when a patient is in a managed care contract that shows a lower co - pay.    

Heritage Christian Counseling Ministries also has a sliding scale fee when people don't have insurance. This amount is reduced down from our one hundred dollar fee and is on an individual - case to case basis.    

Heritage Christian Counseling Ministries also has a zero percent interest plan. This is a credit card that is for our services only. It is a relationship with our bank, the patient and us. The monthly bill on this plan is usually three percent of the balance with a minimal payment of usually fifteen dollars.
